Difference between ق and ک

Struggling to differentiate between ق and ک in Quranic recitation?

Let’s simplify it together! Today we are going to learn about articulation from the tongue in Arabic (Al-Lisan).

The tongue produces most sound ,there are about 18 letters which produce from the tongue. The tongue divided into four area The Back PART of the Tongue (Aqsa al-Lisan) ,The Middle part of the Tongue (Wast al-Lisan),The Edges of the Tongue (Haafat al-Lisan),The Tip of the Tongue (Ra’s al-Lisan).

Today we (are learn the makhraj of ک and ق which is produced from The Back of the Tongue (Aqsa al-Lisan) ) The Back part of the Tongue (Aqsa al-Lisan)produces two letters which is ک (Kaaf) and ق (Qaaf).Lets start with ق (Qaaf) the sound of ق produces when The Back part of the Tongue (Aqsa al-Lisan) makes contact with soft palate like, قَالَ,اَقْ,اَقْ and فَلَق .Let's move on to ک (Kaaf)The Makhraj of ك (kaf) is just in front of the qaaf where the back of the tongue touches the hard palate.like ذِکْرَک , اَکْ and ذِکْرَا
