Difference between ا (alif) and ء (hamzah)

Many students have question that, is ا (alif) and ء (hamzah) is same ? lets clear your concept . ا (alif) is a letter which is used to stretch but ء (hamzah) is not,أَسماء in this word ا (alif) is used to stretch but ء (hamzah) is not another important point is that , many student confuse here and say it's ا (alif) why sheikh called it ء (hamzah), but the thing is that if ا (alif) has any vowels than it become اَ اِ اُ ،ء you see its ا (alif) but it has vowels so it becomes ء (hamzah) .I hope you understand , That's it for today's lesson
